Set Boundaries That Maintain Your Inner Peace
Maintaining your inner peace is in your power.
If you're anything like me, you hate conflict. After all, you have a big heart and give others your time, focus, and energy - so why wouldn't you want everyone to just get along?
As you can probably tell, boundaries are something that I've struggled with for a very long time. In fact, if I had a dollar for every time I said to myself "it doesn't matter", I'd be a very rich woman.
But this is a really hard thing to grasp when someone else has done something that has made you angry, or hurt your feelings.
They are the ones who *should* know better and if they were a good person they would care about your feelings.
Except I'm going to let you in on a little secret. This is no way to live your life... Not only do you start to betray yourself by sacrificing what is important to you, but you don't gain the respect that you deserve, and #spoileralert, good people like you should not be getting walked on.
The good news is that once you know which boundaries to set that maintain your inner peace, life gets a whole lot better and you finally get the respect and appreciation you deserve.
And no matter what, you will be able to maintain your inner peace.
So if you've been struggling with setting boundaries, tune into this episode to learn:
- The 5 types of boundaries and why each one matters
- How to use boundaries to stay true to yourself, and make sure there are no more betrayals.
- The ONE thing that you need to know that will make setting boundaries 100 times easier
