Your emotions are your guide.

When you feel a negative reaction building, no matter how small, take pause.

Ask yourself questions that will help you discover the belief. You will know when you find it because you will feel the resonance.

Once you uncover that belief, you can evaluate its accuracy (hint: it’s false) and then change it to a better one.

This is the path to inner peace.

2) Discover the false belief driving that reaction.

3) Change the belief

Your emotional triggers will begin to dissipate and you will feel so much more peaceful inside.
