We think we need to fix ourselves. Maybe we need to be skinnier, healthier, smarter, more confident, less judgy, or less needy.
But the truth is you aren’t broken.
We have wounds that need healing because when we were younger we didn’t have the skills to understand what we were exposed to.
We have blocks that need to removed in order to see clearly.
We have conflicts in our belief system that need to be evaluated.
But we are not broken and we don’t need to be fixed.
We just need to learn a little more about ourselves and why we do what we do.
