The majority of society does not want to learn more about themselves. They are preoccupied doing other things.
But the more you learn, the more choices you realize you have. The more choices you realize you have, the less trapped you feel.
A great way to discover your values, beliefs, and thought patterns is to pursue something on a daily basis for 30 days. Take small steps each day and take a minute to jot down your progress or obstacles.
Your conflicts, limiting beliefs, and resistance will begin to show up almost immediately.
You will find excuses not to pursue your idea, you will resist writing down your progress, you will procrastinate, lose patience, and think you don’t have to do all of the steps.
But if you remain disciplined and persist for 30 days, you will learn a lot about yourself in the process. Probably more than you bargained for, but once you see what holds you back, you have the power to choose a new way.
Choice equals freedom.
