Discipline, boundaries, and limits

When we start to live our truth and set out to become the best version of ourselves we almost immediately start to notice how much we are letting other people guide our ship and hold the remote control to our emotions.

A deeper dive into why this is happening reveals our lack of discipline. So we set up accountability for ourselves and move forward.

Pretty soon we notice that other people derail our progress. Then we dive deeper into boundaries and how to set them kindly but firmly.

After that we begin to realize the ways in which we self sabotage our own progress and we learn to set limits on ourselves in order to avoid burnout and apathy.

These 3 steps are simple and hold a common thread that will take you to new places, but they aren’t easy.
