I love to hear about new things and what you are learning or what you’re up to.  So every once in a while I share where I’m at because its fun.  This is how we find new resources in this big wide world.

What I’m listening to:  I have a friend who gave me the strongest testimonial for meditation I’ve ever heard.  She follows Joe Dispenza and has been doing his meditations and courses since October 2018.  In June she said to me, “…my life has done a complete 180 because I am setting very precise intentions and calling into my life that I want… it is supernatural.  I think of where I was in October and where I am now… its a completely different life…every day I see it more lear than the day before and I get stronger.”  That was enough for me.  I started meditating regularly too.  Some days for 20 minutes and some days for over an hour, but I have barely missed a day since June.  I am making leaps and bounds in my life.  It gives me space to sort myself out, and I get up a different person every time I sit down.  My life has been busy, and stressful, and has lots of pressure and I’m still making progress. The time spent in meditation is paying off in huge ways and I’m excited for what’s to come. Start with this one (click here).  You can download it from iTunes or Google play for a bit cheaper.  Just trust me on this, you will thank me later.

Who I’m Admiring: Amy Porterfield is building an online empire and I couldn’t be more enamoured with her.  I see very few women step into their power, play a big game,  come from the heart, and still keep their feminine energy.  Amy is doing this and has become a role model for me.  I am ready to start showing up in a bigger way and I’m going to follow her lead.

What I’m Working on:   Further to my last point, I’m going to start a weekly podcast.  I really wanted to have it ready to go for October, but the tech is proving to be a little more difficult than I first anticipated.  It is coming soon.  I might have to apply Zig Ziglar to this new move, “anything worth doing is worth doing poorly until you can do it better”, but I am determined to start. My podcast will be a spin off of the blog but I will be focused more on teaching, coaching, and making things actionable.

A book worth mentioning:  Playing Big by Tara Mohr – Just buying the book I committed to play a bigger game.  If I never get past Chapter 2 (where I’m at now), I can already say it was a game changer for me… but she does have helpful insight.

Quote I’m Pondering:  “To achieve great things, two things are needed.  A plan and not quite enough time”. ~ Leonard Bernstein
