Framework over monotony

I ate eggs every morning for years because it was easy. I knew eggs were a clean protein and they were good for me, so I just did that so I didn’t have to think about what to make or eat.

When you eat the same hint every single day your body begins to reject it. I was lethargic, inflamed, stiff and sore, and as a result, not much fun to be around.

But I didn’t realize it was the eggs, so I kept eating them day after day and wondering why I wasn’t feeling better.

To make a long story short, I met a lady who told me to stop eating eggs for 3 months, and drastically changed my diet.

Here’s the thing… we thrive when there is variety, and we slowly die when we are mindless and redundant.

It’s good to eat clean (framework), but it’s very unhealthy to always eat the same thing (mindless).

This goes for all areas of our life. It takes effort to be creative and change things up. But it’s also what keeps us interested and makes us interesting to others.

Just because it’s working right now doesn’t mean you should do it forever.
