I like to have a plan.
Not like a Type A persons plan, that’s so not me. But a plan for the times that I know I will be emotional and not able to make good decisions.
I know when this happens I’ll do that. And if this doesn’t happen then this is what I do instead.
Sometimes we don’t know the best way to get from point A to point B, we only feel B in our hearts and know that’s where we are heading.
A lot of the time trusting that you will get to point B even if the path presenting itself appears to be going in the opposite direction is almost impossible.
This is why the plan helps.
Trust that B is imminent and hold B steady in your heart.
Then stay unattached to the path you need to take to get there.
