The more you want to do something, the more you can feel the fear stopping you from doing something.

It doesn’t feel good to be stopped by fear. It’s not something that we are ever proud of and it makes us emotional and irrational when we are trapped by it.

We like to blame our fears on another person, a situation, or a roadblock. But the truth is, it’s all inside of us…it’s our perception and the story we are telling ourselves about what’s happening.

It’s helpful to take a moment and think about what you might ask or say to someone else, or maybe yourself, about this fear if you knew it would be well received no matter what.

It gives you a different way to look at what’s happening and helps you become clear on what the real fear is.
