Emotions have strong energy and they drive everything we do.
You need to learn how they work in order to leverage them to your benefit, and also make sure they don’t sabotage you.
Learning the vibration of emotion in your body is helpful. Lots of people confuse excitement, nerves, and anxiety.
I’ve also seen people confuse abandonment and rejection, and anger and fear.
This is also how we send mixed signals to each other. You might think someone is interested in you when really they are just validating you.
Not tuning into and understanding emotions can cause all sorts of confusion and hurt feelings.
It can all be avoided by just spending time getting to know how each emotion feels inside of you.
Just for today, stop several times to ask yourself what emotion you are feeling.
Don’t let yourself off the hook.
You are always feeling an emotion. And those emotions drive everything you do, or don’t, do.
