I’m really finding that going back to the basics are helping me these days.
I have taken a lot of the principals I have learned and I am realizing them with the situation
I am by no means “killing it”. I’m finding these times to be tricky to navigate. Things I was ok with yesterday are driving me crazy today, and things I come to terms with crop up over and over again.
But the basics are keeping me grounded.
The basics I’m relying most heavily on are the things that help to raise my vibration.
I am being mindful about what kind of information I’m consuming.
I’m paying attention to the stories I’m telling myself and the meaning I’m attaching to them.
I’m paying close attention to the people I’m surrounding myself with.
I’m eating well.
And I’m trying to have some compassion for myself and others as we are all navigating unusual and unfamiliar circumstances.
Just for today I encourage you to think about what the basics are for your life. What are the guiding principles you can return to over and over again that bring you back to centre and keep you grounded?
