Just for today let’s imagine what might change if you extended the timeline on your goals.

A long term plan always trumps a short term plan.

In short term plans we focus on the lack of results and feel the pressure of the clock.

But when you switch to a long term plan it makes sense that persistence and small steps are what get you there.

So just for today imagine how things might look if you moved the 2 month goal to a 6 Month plan.

…Or the 2 year goal to a 5 year plan.

You might notice it takes the pressure away of thinking we have to have immediate results and it allows things to unfold. It allows you to form new habits, and opens up the space for you to become who you need to become to get there.

The time is going to pass anyway, so we may as well enjoy the journey.

And who knows, maybe you will still get there sooner than you think!
