Just for today let’s practice “being”.
This time of year our bodies start to slow down, we set the clocks back, the days get shorter… at the same time our schedules start to amp up.
It’s backwards and the best way to get through it is to allow ourselves short periods of rest where we leave the “doing” behind.
So just for today let’s allow time for ourselves to just be still. All of the things will still be there 5 minutes from now or tomorrow, I promise.
