Just for today lets do the thing we have been meaning to do, but keep putting off.

Maybe we need to eat the ugliest frog first, maybe we need to take the fist steps on a project, maybe we need to sit down and map “it” out, or maybe we need to do paperwork (my nemesis).

Whatever the thing is you’ve been putting off, let’s make a point to tackle it today.

While doing so, pay attention to the resistance you feel inside towards it. Also pay attention to how you are responding to that resistance, all of the things you are doing instead, and how the resistance is sitting in your body.

Then push through that resistance. And while you are moving through it, pay attention to how you are overcoming it. How you gear up, and what you say to yourself in order to push through.

Just for today we are going to do the thing, and learn a little something about ourselves as we go.
