Ready or not. Here we are.
The last day of the year, and the last day of the decade.
Last year I started doing a year in review. It’s a great way to assess things.
You just write down what worked this past year and what didn’t work.
You take a look at the goals you hoped to achieve at the beginning of the year and where you stand with them.
Did you make it? If not, how come? What could you do differently this year?
You take that information and you look ahead at the year to come.
What can you do more of that was working? How can you use that in ways to help the areas that didn’t work?
Choose your word for the upcoming year.
Set an intention for who you want to be or how you want to show up this year.
It’s all good practice in order to design your life.
We did this exercise as a group in my Self awareness class last year and it was extraordinary to watch each one of them through out the year.
And it was also pretty magical.
This is the last day. It is the end. Make it count. And if you can’t make it count, make it memorable.
Tomorrow is a new beginning.
You’ll never be sorry for the time you spend seeing where you’ve come and planning where you want to go.
