I had the day off work yesterday. It’s my first day since the world went crazy and I was surprised at how on edge I was. I’ve been working hard to manage my emotions through all of this but it’s been a doozy.
There are some people who are dripping with fear, and self preservation, and limitations. Their energy is big and it is overpowering. Try to keep as much distance as possible from it.
Who you surround yourself with right now matters more than ever because we aren’t surrounded by people all of the time.
All we have to do is follow the rules and hope for the best.
We are self isolating and social distancing like good boys and girls.
I’m finding it helpful to stay connected to calm and grounded people. They have great perspectives and help me remember that things are happening as they should.
The good people can help you ratchet up as much as the scared people pull you down.
Choose your limited exposure carefully. What is most important is that you feel ok inside.
