Sometimes your values and beliefs will help you, and a lot of the time they will sabotage you.

When underlying beliefs or conflicting values sabotage you it’s awful and in hind sight you won’t understand why you made the choice you did. You will lose trust in yourself, you will wonder why you can’t do this one thing, you can’t get it right, and you will feel like you’ve failed.

You won’t realize the moment where something higher on your list of values showed up and you chose it, and it sabotaged the path you were on.

You aren’t a bad person and you aren’t a failure. You just haven’t deprogrammed the beliefs that you’re operating by.

It’s helpful to pay very close attention to your choices and why you choose what you do, especially at the critical moment of self sabotage.

You build trust in yourself by becoming clear on your values and beliefs that are affecting your operating system.
