Like it or not, you have been conditioned, and your conditioning has created “set points”.
These set points happen all through your life.
You have emotional, physical, Financial, and relationship set points.
This is your comfort zone.
You are ok with a certain level of success in these areas and you won’t move past them or level up without intentional and consistent and massive action.
Instead you’ll stop. You’ll self sabotage.
The purpose of a goal is to help you keep your foot on the gas and break through your set point. It keeps you moving forward and blasting through your comfort zone.
You will stop before you get there if you aren’t aware. Levelling up takes effort and the biggest part of the effort you need to make is to push through the set point.
Set yourself up to win by promising yourself not to let your foot off the gas until you get there.
