Don’t strive to be complicated, deep, or fancy. These are ego based.
It’s better to strive for simple, clear, and concise. It’s also a lot harder.
But it’s worth it.

What is the end result you’re looking for?
What is most important?
Who needs to be involved?
Start there.
And whatever you do, don’t confuse simple with easy. They are not the same, simple is almost never easy because only the very most important parts exist there.
Your job is to figure out which parts are the most important.
