At first this might sound defeatist, but it’s not.
Adulting is really all about solving problems. And sometimes those problems are what you might eat, and sometimes those problems are how to overcome addiction or help your child through a rough time.
The more you embrace the idea that your job as an adult is to solve problems, the easier adulting becomes.
Once you really start digging in, you get better at choosing which problems to solve that make a difference and which problems are best to walk away from.
Always solve the most interesting problems. You will get the most reward from them.
