Things that are good:

My kids have stopped asking for take out and are eating left overs.

They are also washing their hands a lot.

I am exercising and meditating more (both of which I really love).

I’ve connected with and had some great talks with people who I wouldn’t have otherwise (also my favourite).

The sun is shining and warm

There are some belly laugh worthy memes and tweets about our current reality and how we are coping with isolation.

March is almost over (it’s always the worst).

My kids are taking more responsibility for their lives and education and well being and stepping up.

I’ve had lots to write about as things change 639 times a day and it’s a full time job to manage my thinking and emotions. (My free mini course will teach you the basics of this).

My prediction’s of good things coming:

Children will learn how to be more creative without school.

Families will remember how to be together and there will be more dancing in kitchens.

The simple things will be appreciated.

Connection will feel more special and people might hug more.

The weak and old school businesses will be weeded out and it will make room for businesses with more class and integrity. As we gain more clarity in what truly matters the old ways will become less and less acceptable to the general public.

My hope

We discover the importance of taking care of each other and come together instead of thinking about “each man for himself”.

Humans learn they are not powerless over their health and look after it instead of taking it for granted (and and I hope they discover the miracle of vitamin C because it’s life changing)

We dismantle old beliefs and I hope we become better humans.

We learn the power of media and how Marketing plays on our emotions and I hope we improve our critical thinking skills

When it’s all said and done I hope we find out it was not as bad as we thought.

We all learn better leadership skills as we watch our leaders. It is becoming clear that there is a stark difference between the leaders who lead with courage and compassion… and the rest. I hope we are learning what works, and what not to do.
