Other people’s voices will get in your head.
It’s inevitable. If they say something that pushes a button or insecurity their words will stay with you.
The hard part is recognizing that it’s someone else’s voice and not your own.
You will start to adjust your behaviour according to the voice in your head that isn’t yours.
The best way to remove the voice in your head that isn’t yours, is to speak it out loud.
Only then will you be able to release it and get back to what’s important to you.
