There were several times I remember thinking to myself “life shouldn’t be this hard”.
And in those moments, I was probably right.
That was my old way of thinking, with the old me, in my old life.
Life becomes “that” kind of hard when you’re hiding or copping out.
Taking the easy road doesn’t make life easy… in fact it makes it a lot harder.
Hiding, avoiding, coasting, and neglecting, all seem like the easy way out at the time… but they sure make life harder
It’s not nearly as crowded in the “doing hard things” lane, and the people who are also there are the best kind of people.
The magical part of the whole equation is that the more we do the hard things, the easier life becomes.
