Bullies live in fear.
That’s an easy thing to say, but I found it really hard to see.
Until one day… I saw it.
The thing about seeing something is that once you see it, you can’t un-see it.
Bullies are instilling fear in everyone around them… why? Because they are afraid.
They are afraid of other people having control, they are afraid of consequences, they see the world as a place of punishment and they are afraid of losing what they have.
They operate in fear because they lack trust.
They don’t believe that the universe is conspiring for them. They don’t have faith that everything is going to be ok.
They are pushing others around because they story they tell themselves, and probably have all sorts of evidence for, is that they have to do it all themselves.
Bullies aren’t the only people who believe these things… but they are the most afraid.
