I am awful with repetitive work.

The laundry pile is my nemesis. I am the angriest sock folder you have likely ever seen, and I’m also angry when I finish the laundry and everyone takes their clothes off to get ready for bed – because it never lasts.

I do my best work when I have a project.

Something with a definitive beginning and a definitive end. Something I can dig into, do my best work possible and then hand over and say, “here you go, I made this”. And move on.

When we learn our style of work, we can seek out the kinds of work that we do the best.

You might know this already, or you might need to experiment and pay attention.

If it makes you angry…it’s probably not right for you.
