When I had my first baby he cried almost one whole night.
I walked and walked with him and my husband asked me what we were going to do.
I replied, “just get through it”.
Even though in some situations it appears you have a choice.
The truth is that the only way through it is through it.
It would be nice if we could avoid it, ignore it, hide from it, or hope it goes away.
But if we do that, we don’t learn whatever it is here to teach us.
You need to do all you can do, and then wait until it’s time to do more.
Eventually things start to settle.
But they don’t settle if you don’t get through it.
