To “should”, or not to “should”…

“Should” is passive aggressive and it takes you out of your power.

It’s all of the little things that rob our power from us. We don’t even realize it, they just chip away until all of a sudden it’s gone.

Should is a good example of this.

I “should have” happens when you decided to do something else you now regret. It’s better to own what you decided and the reasons why. You will feel more empowered.

I “should” isn’t helpful either. Its just a way to torture yourself. Either you will or you won’t. Each one is fine, but “should” isn’t helpful.

The more you own the choices you have made, or you are going to make, the better for empowering yourself.

No should haves. No shoulds.
