I often see people who have become attached to their story and they trapped by their beliefs.
It’s a deadly combination.
They defend a belief that is old or outdated and they begin to look for supporting evidence and grasp for proof that you’re right.
This will trap you.
The alternative is to be open.
Try doing the same old thing in a new way.
Become a student of life.
Be someone who is always learning and open to new ideas.
See what works.
Be curious.
And remain humble.
“It’s not what you don’t know that gets you in trouble. It’s what you know for certain that just ain’t so.” – Mark Twain
