Its ok to limit the amount of sugar you consume.
Its ok to limit your use of bad language.
Its ok to limit the amount of time you allow yourself to be angry, ashamed, or afraid.
But you never want to limit yourself, who you can become, or what you can accomplish.
Show up more.
Be more compassionate.
Serve others more.
Be more grateful.
Build more trust.
Learn more.
Be more generous.
Try more things.
Love yourself, and others…more.
Some things need to be kept in check, but you are not one of them. Don’t underestimate yourself, let yourself be more.
