Your narrative is the story that is playing your head about whatever it is your 5 senses are taking in.
The best thing you can do for yourself is pay attention to the stories you make up about what is happening around you.
And once you start to notice that you are attaching your own story to what is happening and it’s not factual you have two choices.
You can change the story to something different.
Or you can do some investigating as to why you are making up that particular story in the first place.
Either choice will change you.
And when you change, your life and your relationships change too.
