If you want to improve your life, you have to let go of what’s happened in the past.
We are conditioned by our past, but we are not defined by it.
There is a time and a place to revisit the past. But it’s simply to remove the conditioning, not to enforce it.
The past will show you how you self sabotage and where you used to be.
The only way to improve your life is to live in the moment with a vision of what your future will look like.
The past no longer matters. You are no longer that person because you know different things, you’ve learned and you have grown.
But if you don’t have a vision of the future you will allow yourself to be defined by your past, because it’s all you can see.
Work on your vision, do something that will open the door towards it. And repeat.
That’s your only job.
Now, where do you want to go?
