When I have learned something new, or if I am starting to understand something differently, or figured out a situation I write about it.

I certainly don’t share all of the things I write. Sometimes I’m just releasing negative thoughts, or ranting, and sometimes I’m jibber jabbering and trying to get to the root of an issue.

But other times I write to really cement the light bulb moments. You know those ones that are so clear in the moment but escape you later?

Don’t let them escape! They are little bits of inspiration and they are precious tidbits of information.

Write them down and explain them to yourself and how it applies to your life. You will dive deeper as you do and tie up loose strings you didn’t realize were there.

When you do that, it sticks with you. You have just become a new person because you have taken inspiration and applied it.

If you aren’t a journaller (I just made that word up), then at least write when you learn.

You won’t be sorry… you’ll be smart?
