Your true self is loving, kind, and compassionate. That’s who you are at the core of your being. Everything else comes from conditioning, training, learned behaviour, and thought patterns.
Some people want to live in way that represents their true self, and some people have fear, scarcity, control, and failure driven so deeply into their brain that they can’t find a way to operate from their true selves.
It seems too risky.
Except that couldn’t be further from the truth.
The real risk comes from relying on your own power, isolating yourself from others, not trusting in the universe, and closing yourself off.
If you feel anything short of loving, kind, and compassionate its helpful to take a minute and open up to what’s around you. There is always support, there is always another human, and the world is as safe as you believe it to be.
The more you get to know and trust the nature of your true self, the better life gets.
