If you don’t have a strong enough ‘why’, you won’t do “whatever it takes”.
Your why is really the most important part to doing anything… and it has to be about you.
Maybe your why is your health and it’s life or death, maybe it’s because you made a promise to your children, maybe it’s because you want to be independent or free, maybe it’s becaus we your heart is calling your elsewhere.
Whatever it is, find it and lean into it.
Because unless you’re doing something you’ve always done, you will come to the end of yourself. Things will get hard, and you will be uncomfortable, maybe a bit confused, or terrified.
We become trapped by our limiting beliefs, what we think other people will think, by our idea of what’s possible, and our inability to handle the discomfort.
Here’s the thing. If you don’t get uncomfortable you aren’t going to get through it.
Your why is the only thing that will get you past your ego, beyond your deepest fears, and beyond the limitations you see.
