In my year of being brave I learned that if I wasn’t going to die, then it was important to do the things that scare me.
I learned a lot about myself the year I chose bravery everyday, and I found a new freedom from fear.
The thing that scares you only scares you because it’s outside of your comfort zone and in unfamiliar territory. It scares you because you have to go against your operating system. It triggers self limiting beliefs, old thought patterns and self sabotage, but when you are brave you push past it all.
Being brave is uncomfortable.
But it’s very rewarding.
When you choose to be brave you start to do all of the things you didn’t know you were capable of.
And your life becomes inspiring, fulfilling, and bright.
If it scares you, do it.
That’s all of the guidance you need.
