Last week I explained why I do this little “Just for today” post every Monday morning (you can read it here if you missed it).

I usually pick something for us to focus on for the day. One little piece of wisdom that we may have forgotten, or that we could dive into and learn more about by focusing on it for one whole day.

Just for today, I encourage you to sit for a moment and come up with one thing that you could focus on today that you will need in your life right now. What would help you at the start of this week, knowing what’s coming down the pipe?

Take a moment to assess what you might be lacking, where you could improve, or what you might need to do a little more of. Then choose something that has the potential to help. Even if it’s just a little bit.

And maybe, just maybe, you can make a shift that will help your future self out.
